The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early for parking and seating. A shuttle will run from Marriott Fairfield Inn (Littleton) to the venue, departing at 3:00 PM sharp.

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors with an indoor backup if the weather doesn’t cooperate. The reception will include both indoor and outdoor spaces for the remainder of the celebration.

Yes — we’re having a fully unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during this time. The officiant will announce a short window of time just before the ceremony for anyone who’d like to take photos; please then put devices away for the ceremony itself. After the ceremony, we welcome photos and sharing.

Yes, parking will be available on-site. We are also offering a shuttle departing from the Marriot Fairfield Inn at 3pm. You are welcome to park at the hotel and enjoy the shuttle ride to the event.

Yes — after the ceremony, please join us on the patio for cocktail hour with appetizers and an open bar. After cocktail hour the reception hall will open for dinner and the evening’s festivities. We look forward to celebrating with our family and friends.

Yes — we’ll have an open bar for guests to enjoy. To help everyone get home safely, a return shuttle to the Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites will depart the venue at 10:00 PM; rideshares and taxis are limited in the area. If you plan to use the shuttle, please check the Shuttle page for details.

Yes — we’ll provide shuttle service between the Marriott Fairfield Inn (about 25 minutes from the venue) and the venue. The shuttle will depart the hotel for the ceremony at 3:00 PM sharp, and will return from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night.

To keep our celebration intimate, please RSVP only for the guests named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family.

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we have chosen to make our wedding a child free celebration.
